Tzyy-Jiann Wang was born in Tai-Chung, Taiwan, Republic of China. He received the B.S. degree and the Ph. D degree in the electrical engineering from National Taiwan University, Taipei, Taiwan. In 2000, he joined the faculty of National Taipei University of Technology in the Institute of Opto-Electronic Engineering. His current research interests include design, simulation, fabrication and measurement of the integrated-optics devices .
